They consistently had the best prices so we contacted them. CJ Nichols got right back to us and set up an appointment. What a pleasant experience! We told him we wanted a basic model so that's what he showed us. No pressure to look at more expensive models, he just showed us what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the 2017 model so we purchased within the hour. Tim in Finance was great, he helped us make the best choices for our budget. All n all it was a very smooth process working with really nice people. I wish I could give them 6 stars. More

I bought a used car in one day! I had spoked to C.J.Nichols previously, but when a friend and I went in on Thursday I found an Outback that was perfect for me , I was able to finance I had spoked to C.J.Nichols previously, but when a friend and I went in on Thursday I found an Outback that was perfect for me , I was able to finance it, and finally decided to trade in my 2004 Outback which I loved. C.J. Spent a lot of time with me and shepherded me on the test drive., which was good. We had a nice lunch at Red Lobster while the paperwork was being worked on and finished it up when we got back. It did take all day and it was a very good experience at the dealership. My only complaint was on the way back ( about 40 miles into an 80 mile trip) the tire light came on and I ended up having to pump up all 4 tires in the dark. Other than that I had a very good experience and just hope the maintenance guys check the tire pressure before sending new customers out with their cars. Thank you. More
