Best Car Buying Experience in Tucson We have two Subaru vehicles in our family now because of the relaxed, hassle free sales team at Tucson Subaru. We have looked and worked with other ca We have two Subaru vehicles in our family now because of the relaxed, hassle free sales team at Tucson Subaru. We have looked and worked with other car dealerships in the Tucson Auto Mall and those deals always fell apart after the hassle of high pressure sales people and price haggling. Tucson Subaru gave us all prices up front including financing options without having to run a credit check and they let you keep all the price quotes to compare later or take to other dealers, if you want. Several other dealerships in the Tucson Auto Mall require a credit check before they even talk to you about price or estimate financing and wont let you take the quotes and only give you a better deal if you agree to buy the vehicle. Who agrees to buy a vehicle before knowing what it will cost? If you purchase a vehicle at Tucson Subaru you will get a great deal with minimal stress and haggling and leave still happy you bought a vehicle. Just remember everything is negotiable, even all the options the finance staff try to add after the deal is done. C.J. Nichols is an excellent salesman. We have bought both our Subaru vehicles from him. More

Easy to work with C.J. was easy to work with and very responsive. I saw an older Cherokee listed for sale online. I made an inquiry via email and C.J. responded almost immediately. We corresponded back and forth a few times before I spoke with him on the phone. We came to an agreement and I picked up the vehicle the next morning. I noticed one small issue with the vehicle which the service department quickly repaired and I was on my way back to Phoenix. Easy to work with, no pressure, honest dealership. I would recommend giving this place a chance if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!! Shopping for a car at Tucson Subaru was the best experience shopping for a new car that I've ever had. CJ Nichols was open, honest, and knowledgeable Shopping for a car at Tucson Subaru was the best experience shopping for a new car that I've ever had. CJ Nichols was open, honest, and knowledgeable and it was truly a joy speaking with him. During the test drive he definitely took the car through all of its paces and I really learned a lot. The Forester really is a joy to drive and I fell in love with it rather quickly. I had done my research before ever starting to shop for a new car and knew I wanted a 2016 model to take advantage of the fact that dealers are more motivated when the next year models are already on the lot. Still I was surprised that the offer I was given was below what I knew to be invoice, at least a grand less than I was willing to pay. No haggling, no sleazy tactics, just everything completely above board. I wanted to take the offer home with me and think on it. No argument, no sleazy tactics. Even though I knew the Forester was what I wanted, I test drove other vehicles the next day.. None of them held a candle to all the features, comfort, joy in driving, or even the price that I'd get with the Forester at Tucson Subaru. So I returned to Tucson Subaru to take another look at the Forester. CJ was no longer on the lot when I arrived, so Ken Murch kindly offered me another test drive, and that pretty much clinched the deal. Going through financing is usually a pain and you're usually presented with a hard sell to buy extended warranties, alarm systems, and other add ons. And sure that happened, but Tim Hanson made it almost fun. He was witty, pleasantm and knowledgeable. He explained everything and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised by everything about Tucson Subaru and I am comfortable with the car and the fantastic deal that I walked away with. There has not been a single second of buyer's remorse!
