I ordered a Sienna with certain features, but no one told me that the manufacturer doesn't make to specification, just whatever models/features are most popular. I waited almost a year, staying in contact wi me that the manufacturer doesn't make to specification, just whatever models/features are most popular. I waited almost a year, staying in contact with the dealer, but no vehicle became available. Finally I was told that I could widen my preferences and have better chances of a vehicle becoming available. I wish I had known this from the beginning. I actually went with a Highlander after 14 months, still no Sienna. More
