best service I own many cars such as Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus, Honda, Toyota including Mazda but Mazda's service is one of the best. Mazda may not sell its cars ma I own many cars such as Mercedes, BMW, and Lexus, Honda, Toyota including Mazda but Mazda's service is one of the best. Mazda may not sell its cars many as Honda or Toyota but their service is far better. Mazda even have loaner service. I do not need to wait few hours at the dealership and Availability of loaner vehicle keep my work schedule on time. More

Good Service & Communication I am normally very satisfied with the service I receive at NP Mazda. This visit they forgot to reset the service reminder that pops up every time you I am normally very satisfied with the service I receive at NP Mazda. This visit they forgot to reset the service reminder that pops up every time you start the car...so that was a little disappointing. I think I have to return to the dealer to have this taken care of. Other than that, everything is good. Update: turns out resetting it is quite easy to do and Caitlin called me right away 👍 More

Painless. started with a warm greeting. followed by people that knew why i was there. asked if i had any other needs or questions. told me approximately when it started with a warm greeting. followed by people that knew why i was there. asked if i had any other needs or questions. told me approximately when it would be completed and how they would contact me. directed me to the driver that would take me to my place of work. called earlier than planned and had driver pick me up. Longer than usual wait but good service Time waiting for vehicle to be completed was a little longer than usual.
