I had to come back an extra time to have my work done.
James had ordered parts for my vehicle, and set them aside, when the day came to do the work, the parts were no where to be found, and the team were

It took some time for the guys to figure out the situation. I appreciate James’ friendliness, and customer rapport. He worked hard to make things right , and in a timely manner. Elk Grove Ford service center is the absolute worst! Initially I had a recall on my vehicle that I had to take in. When I got my vehicle back, they didn’t even put the roof racks back on properly - I had to go back into the shop and a technician came out with so much attitude and snapped it back in place.
Due to this carelessness, I realized a month later when it started raining that my roof was leaking - in the same spot the roof rack was put back on by the rude technician.
I called Elk Grove Ford right away, told them that due to this negligence, my car was soaked inside and had already started to grow mold.
They offered for me to bring it in only to say that the leak was not due to their error! The service advisor Elizabeth (Lizzy) was super RUDE! Didn’t even let me talk and kept saying that I had to come back and take the vehicle asap or they would start charging a daily storage fee. I did ask to speak the supervisor - she left a message for me to call back and then never answered or return any of my messages. I spoke to the disrespectful Elizabeth again who refused to listen and threatened to tow my car unless we pick up the vehicle.
All in all, ford Elk Grove service center first create damages to your vehicle then refuse to take responsibility and make the correction. So now I’m left with a leaking roof car that Elk Grove Ford damaged.
