I will say that I was greatly appreciative of Mike for
letting me know that if the part was at EG Ford, then he would have it fixed that day. If not, he would let me know that it would be ordered and res

I was fully expecting just to have the Service Manager (whoever it would have been) to tell me that they would investigate my concern, and then reschedule me. So, this was great to hear from Mike that as long as the part was in-stock, then he would get it fixed.
Also, I have say that I was thankful for Mike offering to get me a ride home instead of waiting several hours at the dealership. Which, leads me to Irene, who was the nicest person to drive me back. Irene was such a friendly person to talk to while on the drive home.
This experience has been one of the best I've had all these years of doing business with Elk Grove Ford. Keep up the great work!
