Had appointment for oil change and rotate tires. Watched them change oil but never rotated tires. I questioned service manger (Ali Abdulsattar) about the service. He challenged my observation and told me they completed the service. This is the second time they didn’t complete the service I paid for. Never will purchase or go to Elk Grove Ford again. Horrible business. More

The worst service department EVER! They had my truck at least 20 days, told me it was ready at least 6 times and there was more wrong with than what I took it in for.
