Most likely the work good. However getting someone to answer the phone is hit ‘n miss. Communication with the service needs improvement. Once it was finally done, I never was notified. The shuttle service is good. Elk Grive Ford could step up its game. More

Great service! Immediatly took my vehicle when I arived, and answered all my questions. They also investigated another problem with no additional charge. Appointment time scheduled. Asked that the service advisor call me beforehand so I could try to gage how long the appointment will be. No call. Got to the appointment on time. Asked that the service advisor call me beforehand so I could try to gage how long the appointment will be. No call. Got to the appointment on time. Service advisor was not at the dealership when appointment time came. Another service advisor explained that when the assigned service advisor would be back, then the techs go on lunch. It would be 2hours before someone could look at my vehicle. No phone call or text notification of this inability to service my vehicle at the time of the appointment. The service advisor I spoke with acted like it was no big deal & business as usual. Complete disregard of my time. Appointments should not be scheduled if this is the case. Most of us need the use of our vehicles, and those like me who drive for a living need to know the duration & time the vehicle will not be accessible. Unacceptable. Poor communication & dismal customer service. Ultimately the assigned advisor admitted Ford does not notify customers of needed updates for the tech/computers. They wait for a complaint or malfunction rather than updating during an oil change service. I have /purchased the extended service contract. Not even sure if the issue my vehicle went in for is fixed 100%. More

I requested a full synthetic oil change, they offered to complete my rear view camera recall. Everything was completed on time as expected and my vehicle was clean and available for pickup.
