Booked an appointment for the recall. Dropped off the vehicle at the shop call me back 5days later there’s no part. That’s ridiculous! If there’s no part should just told me on the day I dropped off or the next day. Shouldn’t let my truck sitting there for 5 days. My truck is for business, I couldn’t do business for 5days. More

Although I was told I could drop the car off the night before my 7 o’clock appointment there was no one to advise me where I should go and when I did ask someone they directed me to the wrong spot. The ne before my 7 o’clock appointment there was no one to advise me where I should go and when I did ask someone they directed me to the wrong spot. The next morning the service agent did call me just before 8 o’clock asking me again what the problem was that I was coming in for. He texted me the number where I could reach him which I did about 2:30 in the afternoon. They still had not looked at my car level on diagnosed what the problem was. He was advised that I needed to take the car home and could not leave it overnight , so they did finally get it in. The diagnosis was a bad key fob which was causing the locks to go on and off in the horn to beep on its own. It does make me question why the windows went down on their own. They further diagnosed the fact that the back up image was upside down as a bad camera . This question as well but it could be. I took the battery out of the key fob and have not had a problem since so maybe they were right More

This ford dealership has the best customer service, quality craftsmanship. Very informative at all times. I lived 45mins away and I’m willing to make the drive to have them serviced all my fleet and pe quality craftsmanship. Very informative at all times.
