Donald was very informative about the vehicle. He showed me everything. He even pointed out his favorite things about my car and took the time. I think I was there at 9:30pm closing a sale and I apologized that it was so late. He assured me that even though it was late it didn’t matter, he just wanted to make sure I was taken care of and knew everything about my car. He was nice and laid back. Tommy is an awesome salesman. He knows the buyer needs a deal on a vehicle but so does the dealer and himself. He made the process smooth and I felt he was fair. Everyone inside the dealer was kind to me. Customer service is A+. Caleb Brown wasn’t my salesman but he came over to play with my little girl. He wasn’t even selling me anything and was making conversation which I loved. Rusty Russell gave my rambunctious 2 1/2 yr old little girl a coloring book and crayons as he was leaving. He wasn’t my salesman either! Again, A+ customer service even if I wasn’t the salesman’s customers directly. You’ve got some good guys down there. More

The salesman that I dealt with is Caleb and he worked quickly, but I was asked for a hold amount of $500 to ensure no other sales person sold the vehicle I was looking to purchase, but I had not viewed t quickly, but I was asked for a hold amount of $500 to ensure no other sales person sold the vehicle I was looking to purchase, but I had not viewed the vehicle in person nor the dealership. I have not test drove the vehicle or anything like that, but that was a little unorthodox for me. More

My experience as a first time care buyer at Crain Kia with Caleb Brown was so much better than I could’ve asked for. The team's commitment to going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction is truly inspiring and appreciated. Caleb's dedication to his customers is remarkable. He was transparent, genuine, professional and was proactive in his communications throughout the process. I also appreciate Andy and his expertise and knowledge with setting up the technology in my Carnival. It was late on a Saturday when we picked up the vehicle and they both stayed without hesitation, answering all questions and ensuring I was comfortable with the vehicle before driving it home. Caleb and Andy's insight and guidance were invaluable in making sure I was satisfied with my new KIA.
