I was lied to about my service. They did not rotate my tires as stated on the service record. This is a huge concern and leads me to believe that this service department cannot be They did not rotate my tires as stated on the service record. This is a huge concern and leads me to believe that this service department cannot be trusted. I also received constant bluelink notifications that my car was left running for 45 minutes. Mind you I only had an oil change and tow hitch recall serviced. This does not require them to leave the car running for that long. I do not recommend using this service department and if you decide to use them, make sure that you double check if they completed everything that they said they would. More

I make the drive clear across town to come to this dealership for one thing. Service. Calvin has for many years gone above and beyond to help me from start to finish. During this visit, I had the plea dealership for one thing. Service. Calvin has for many years gone above and beyond to help me from start to finish. During this visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Justin, who was being trained by Calvin and he took care of my service needs. He was courteous. He explained things. He communicated throughout my time waiting for service and the new video system is awesome. I love that you take a 360 view of my car at the start of service and that you provided me a video to show me exactly what was done and what was needed. It helps me plan for future car needs and safely helps me track things such as my tire wear, my brake wear, filters, etc. I appreciate walking away feeling like I'm an important customer and confident that my car has been serviced to the highest standards. More

Nicole was extremely nice and thorough. She had to set two different appointments for me (for 2 different days). Once I arrived, both times, I was taken care of immediately. I love the way that they arranged for a LYFT driver to pick me up and take me home. I just wish that I didn’t have to pay to come back to pick up my car. But I get it! Because my service went so smoothly, I actually Had To go meet Nicole in person to thank her ❤️. I had never had such great experiences dealing with service on my previous cars. So yes, I LOVE Southbay Hyundai service dept almost as much as I love my Hyundai Ionic Hybrid Limited. More
