I'm owner of Hyundai for 4 years because of Hyundai specific South Bay Hyundai specifically service manager "Calvin Jeong" ,he is so polite and professional. I am very picky person specially about my specific South Bay Hyundai specifically service manager "Calvin Jeong" ,he is so polite and professional. I am very picky person specially about my car but Calvin made a resolve all problems that I had in my car with the best results by.to be honest so many times I thought change my car from Hyundai to another brand but I didn't because of South Bay Hyundai,their customer service and service manager Calvin Jeong. Took 2 months in the shop for them to inform me that the part needed for my car was on back order and the rental I was given was only covered for 17 days. I had to cover the other 43 days and Hyundai corpor part needed for my car was on back order and the rental I was given was only covered for 17 days. I had to cover the other 43 days and Hyundai corporate has yet to reach back to me on finding a solution. And my car is still not fixed. More
