Courteous, Efficient Service I arrived at my pre-appointment time (12:00 pm). My service care person (Kathy) wrote up my service request for the recall on my 2019 Santa Fe. She I arrived at my pre-appointment time (12:00 pm). My service care person (Kathy) wrote up my service request for the recall on my 2019 Santa Fe. She then Informed me that because of the heavy service work log it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for my car service. She then asked if I wanted to wait in the service lounge or if I would prefer to use their one-way complimentary shuttle service. I choose the shuttle which arrived within ten minutes. When I returned to the dealership hours later my paperwork was completed and my car immediately brought to me. Thank You Southbay Hyundai. More
