Amazing Customer Service I was greeted by Cathy in the Service Dept. as well as several other members including Donnie and Jack. They make me feel welcomed, remembered, and at I was greeted by Cathy in the Service Dept. as well as several other members including Donnie and Jack. They make me feel welcomed, remembered, and at home every time I visit the dealership. They give me great deals with prompt and professional service. Service quality I've went to South Bay Hyundai recently to have my car checked. Calvin was the right guy for me and he took such good care of my car. I had a minor brake issue w/ the car but he seem to knew that right away after talking for few minutes. Overall great work, very quick and great customer service. Service Department is great! I was greeted upon arriving at the dealership by Calvin who made me feel like a VIP. The wait time for my car was less than an hour. Courteous, Efficient Service I arrived at my pre-appointment time (12:00 pm). My service care person (Kathy) wrote up my service request for the recall on my 2019 Santa Fe. She I arrived at my pre-appointment time (12:00 pm). My service care person (Kathy) wrote up my service request for the recall on my 2019 Santa Fe. She then Informed me that because of the heavy service work log it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hrs for my car service. She then asked if I wanted to wait in the service lounge or if I would prefer to use their one-way complimentary shuttle service. I choose the shuttle which arrived within ten minutes. When I returned to the dealership hours later my paperwork was completed and my car immediately brought to me. Thank You Southbay Hyundai. More
