The dealership was clean, service was friendly, and the car buying process was easy. I wanted some items fixed with the vehicle so there was a We Owe contract made. A verbal agreement was made that we would take the vehicle to another dealership for service and a loaner would be waiting there for us. After driving 40 minutes to the dealership, we were told that we were supposed to go to Ford to get the loaner. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone to pick us up and take us to Ford to get a loaner vehicle. After trading in a 3rd row for a bigger 3rd row with a family of 6, we were given a compact 2 row suv for a loaner with less than 1/8th of a tank of gas. We were told that the repairs would be done in one day, so it would be short term. Turns out parts had to be ordered and the vehicle would take 3 days for repairs. Phil wanted us to drive another hour one way to the dealership to get a bigger vehicle to replace the unsuitable loaner we received. I suggested they bring the loaner to us so we are not wasting another 2 hours of our time, but no response was given to this request. My suggestion is to have repairs done before taking possession since their time is obviously more valuable than ours, and they don't really care once they receive the check. More
