I have been a part of the Capital Auto family since early 2010 and mostly, I enjoy the people and their personal commitment to customer satisfaction. I moved to Florida in 1999 from Dayton, OH. I was named Service Advisor of the Year in 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005. I am very happily married and in my free time I enjoy playing golf.

Excellent Service with Cameron Clifton (and Austin) I just had the 120,000 mile service done on my Volvo (and also got struts), and, as always, Cameron Clifton went out of his way to be helpful and expl I just had the 120,000 mile service done on my Volvo (and also got struts), and, as always, Cameron Clifton went out of his way to be helpful and explain to me what needed to be done and why. He is always honest about what needs to be done and never makes me think that he is just telling me stuff that needs to be done because I am a woman that goes in there on my own! The scheduling was great, he arranged for a rental car, and notified me promptly the next day when it was finished. (As usual, Austin did good work on the car, and gave good advice, too!) I really need to think about a new car. The only reason I haven't gotten a new Volvo is because they don't make a manual transmission. I hate to think about getting another kind of car because I would have to go to another dealer and Cameron is so good to work with and trust worthy in this service department! More

10,000 mile service visit I am a loyal Volvo fan, but this is my first NEW Volvo. I recently took it in for the 10,000 mile check-up/oil change. Cameron Clifton was my servic I am a loyal Volvo fan, but this is my first NEW Volvo. I recently took it in for the 10,000 mile check-up/oil change. Cameron Clifton was my service representative, and he was excellent. I live out of town, and he bent over backwards to schedule me for a convenient appointment time. He met me at the door, handled everything smoothly, and called me shortly after to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Amazing service! More

Both Cameron Clifton, the service consultant, and Mike, the service tech who assisted us, were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. On our drive down to the Gulf from NY, our 2006 XC70 began to have pronounced hesitations at highway speeds. This stressful event happened several times a day. We were able to get a service appointment at exactly the time we wanted. Cameron came out to meet us in the service driveway and was joined quickly by Mike, who took a long test drive with us to recreate the problem. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He explained clearly the things that could be causing the problem we were having. Cameron set us up with a rental car for the day. Within an hour he called us with a detailed estimate. We were in our car on our way home by 3pm, having had the service details explained fully. This was one of the most satisfying, almost pleasurable, car service experiences we have ever had. Great service as always Cameron Clifton has also been my Service Advisor since I bought my Porsche. Cameron's attitude, knowledge and "people skills" are outstanding. I particularly like that he keeps you informed about the status of your service from start to finish whether you wait at the dealer or at home. Dead battery on my 2013 XC60 I have never had a better experience with a dealership than at capital! Everyone is so helpful and nice.
