Turning angst into awesome. This was by far the best experience car shopping I've had in 20 years. To give a little context; I hadn't purchased a new car in over 15 years. Duri This was by far the best experience car shopping I've had in 20 years. To give a little context; I hadn't purchased a new car in over 15 years. During that time I had also went through a bankruptcy so looking at a car was scary. I had made sure I had gotten my credit score around 740 as I knew that would be important. I had also done a little research but not much. Going into Roush at the recommendation of friends and having bought a used car from a sister location, I had felt the experience was going to be good. There was no pressure when we parked and it was great to see a veteran reserved parking spot. We were directed towards the cars by Otis who gave us time to look by ourselves. We spoke about the cars benefits and he was able to relate them to me. Cameron came and thanked me for my service. After getting a car in mind, he stayed late to speak with me. Also, one of the other salespeople Janly were able to give my dad some snacks when his blood sugar got low. That was so thoughtful. The next day we spoke about terms and there was no pressure from Otis or Jen. They were able to locate the exact car I wanted and assist with getting it delivered with less than 30 miles on the car. The finance was seamless and great. They helped explain the features and setup the stations in my car as well. Absolutely a great and friendly staff. The teamwork and atmosphere are excellent here. I was interested in a new Honda CR-V (previous Honda CR-V owner). When I walked into the dealership I met Otis Tate. He guided me through a new car purchasing experience flawlessly. He listened and followed-through with timely communications (phone, text, email). I appreciated his focus on the Honda CR-V safety features as this was my #1 priority. I did my homework prior to selecting Roush Honda (CR-V competitive pricing, pricing/driving higher end vehicles, and trade-in values for one car and one motorcycle) and I definitely made the right choice in selecting Roush Honda and working with Otis Tate. Over a two month purchasing experience (due to delays on my end) Otis Tate and his manager Cameron Dean were patient and supportive. I feel the entire Roush Honda team has both my car and me in their best interest. I will be returning for years to come for all my service needs. More
