Exceeded expectations My family and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth Kansas. I worked with Cameron Decker throughout the entire sales process. My family and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth Kansas. I worked with Cameron Decker throughout the entire sales process. Cameron was well prepared for my visit and very knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot. After a brief meeting as to what type of vehicle I was looking for he made a few suggestions and then we hit the lot so he could show me the vehicles. He had an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see everything available in order to make an informed decision. Although it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, I received his complete undivided attention and he made my family feel like we were the most important customers in the store. He provided a very informative, low pressure environment which allowed my family to walk away knowing that we got the best deal available on our new purchase. Upon deciding on the vehicle we purchased we then met with the finance department where we worked with Brandon Abernathy. Brandon was very welcoming and again, provided a very low pressure environment. Brandon provided us with all of the available options on extended warranties amongst other things and he assisted my family in tailoring options that would work best for my family. I've never left a car dealership without a little bit of buyers remorse or the feeling that I could've done better until Saturday. I drove home in my new vehicle with a smile on my face and felt very confident that Zeck Ford was truly working in my best interest. I am vey satisfied with every aspect of my car buying experience and would highly recommend Zeck Ford for an easy, relaxing, stress free car buying experience.
