I feel like that since BMW is one of the 'nicer car dralerships', they should provide better 'up scale' services for their customers (like washing and cleaning their car (especially after birds poop on dralerships', they should provide better 'up scale' services for their customers (like washing and cleaning their car (especially after birds poop on it while in the parking lot). This is more on the technicians. Inside, I feel like they offer snacks and drinks while you wait, which is nice, and my advisor, Cameron is ALWAYS informative, professional, and a pleasure to deal with! More

I went into replace a taillight. Upon being informed, it was completed, I met with Cameron and paid. When I got home, I opened my tailgate, and none of the trim was put back together Upon being informed, it was completed, I met with Cameron and paid. When I got home, I opened my tailgate, and none of the trim was put back together. These two pictures are what I saw. For the amount paid, I would have thought a service manager or a QA manager would have verified that all the work was completed and everything was put back together. After informing Cameron and returning to the dealership, it was Cameron that fixed it. He was outstanding, as for the actual service, poorest experience ever. I am not sure if I should return, I would expect some type of compensation for my time and expense in trusting that when you paid 800.00 dollars for a service, it would be done correctly the first time. More
