Every time I have been for service it is the worst experience. People are rude and don’t talk to you. They should have a class on customer service. Even had a worker cut me to get coffee before me. Most recent visit was to have gas filler assembly replaced and painted. Car returned with paint color mismatch and paint finish "orange peel". Dealer had my car for a week. My rep Cameron went on va replaced and painted. Car returned with paint color mismatch and paint finish "orange peel". Dealer had my car for a week. My rep Cameron went on vacation during work in progress but called in to assist - much appreciated. Paint done by Lexus dealer body shop under same ownership was poorly executed. More

Love the option to have drop-off service. Picked up when it was planned and dropped off on time too. Service was done nicely. The tire pressure was also corrected - nice job all around.
