Just this month I have paid out of pocket to have 2 items repaired. It is disappointing that the salesman spoke to me after the sale and promised the replacement parts or repairs were going to be provided. I hate the whole car buying process except for the end result (the car). This dealership was straight forward, gave me a great price via email and when I went to collect the car they did not try to nickel result (the car). In addition The appointment to pickup the car was at 5PM we were late and arrived at 5:25PM. We completed the whole process including the transfer and application of a plate in less than an hour. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I have never successfully purchased and picked a car in less than an hour. More
