Supervisor of Service was very prompt in responding to my request to look at tire. It was immediately obvious that the low tire pressure was caused by a nail-checked to see if tire was in stock-and made sur request to look at tire. Expensive but feel that it is expected that one goes to the dealership of original purchase. I had 2 damaged tires front rear passenger side was sort of politely persuaded to change out drivers side tires the dealership of original purchase. I had 2 damaged tires front rear passenger side was sort of politely persuaded to change out drivers side tires at the same time. My bill came to almost 2 thousand dollars. A week later the two new tires on passenger side were ripped in the exact same place just under where the rims were slightly damaged. Took the car back and they replaced with a second new pair. I was not charged. Drove straight home and parked in garage. Six days later Same place right rear tire was flatI filled tire with air and could not see any damage to outer wall nor on the tread. Tire deflated to 6 psi over night. Took car back for a third time and they replaced again free of charge. I do have tire replacement coverage through BMW but wondered why I was charged almost 2000 dollars initially More
