Overall they do a good job. The people who I’ve dealt with are very good. However the dealership seems to miss every time that I have been there. When I purchased the car used I was told I would receive 2 services and 2 tanks of gas when I did the service at BMW of Sarasota. The first time they did not give me any gas. This last time they only give me a half tank of gas. So I wouldn’t rate them any higher because of them not following through with their claims stated when I purchased the car. More
