Upon the acquisition of my vehicle on May 14th, an appointment was scheduled for several services. One week later, I returned the vehicle for the application of ceramic coating and dent removal. During the dent removal process, the driver's side window sustained damage. Initially, this damage went unnoticed as the window was fully retracted. The technician responsible for the dent removal did not disclose the damage until I brought it to his attention, stating, "I honestly didn't know it was broken." Subsequently, I discussed the matter with Department Manager Ben, who assured me it would be addressed. A loaner vehicle was not provided, and I was compelled to drive home in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees Fahrenheit with a spider crack in the driver's side window. I later received a call from Ben inquiring if I had received any updates regarding the window repair, to which I responded negatively. He then stated he would contact me if he received any information. Regrettably, I was left to independently pursue updates. The only communication I received was from Cameron, who provided exceptional assistance in gathering information. Without Cameron's intervention, I believe I would still be awaiting information. My appointment was scheduled with Safelite, but it appears an incorrect window was ordered, resulting in an additional three-day delay. This unforeseen delay unfortunately caused me to miss an out-of-state funeral. A loaner vehicle was still not offered during this period. The window was eventually installed; however, in my assessment, it appears to be a salvaged component from another vehicle. I communicated my dissatisfaction with the window, which exhibits black scratches, to Cameron. I then received a call from another Department Manager, Sarah, who requested photographs and offered a detailed cleaning. I have since emailed the photographs and attempted to contact her, but as of today, June 7th, I have not yet spoken with her or any other representative. I am significantly concerned by this situation and the lack of communication provided. My issue remains unresolved as of today, June 7th. More

Cameron was AMAZING. He was friendly and eager to help us. He stayed late. He was very much a straight shooter. We told him what we wanted, and he respected it. he was a very relaxed salesman, while also taking great care of us. We originally became interested in a Used calligraphy model. We weren’t 100% sure, he made a video of the car pulling out of it. Space without a driver. It was very cool. His video covered the entire car and all the really awesome features. Still, it wasn’t for us. Cameron didn’t pressure us. He listened to what we wanted. He also listened to what we didn’t want in the calligraphy. Ultimately, we bought our 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid Limited from him. He was very personable and easy to work with. Earlier in the week, I had visited a Hyundai dealership in Laurel, Maryland. I just wanted to test drive the Santa Fe. They had some models on the lot, but nothing I really wanted. In contrast to Cameron, the Laurel salesman repeatedly called me. He contacted me pretty much every other day. Post sales, Cameron sent us a thank you and told us how much he enjoyed our company. The contrast is huge. I would go to Cameron every single time. His no nonsense sales approach was a perfect balance of knowledge and felt low pressure. His mannerisms were business, like despite his young age, he has a lot to teach other sales reps. More
