Extremely positive new car purchase with Werner after having a poor experience at a Seacoast Mazda dealership. The Werner difference was great customer follow up and the BEST professional car salesman we ever had !!! Cameron Landry is a no nonsense pro who made our buying experience exceptional. He made the entire process enjoyable and we’ve never said that about another car salesman . We are in our 70’s and hadn’t purchased a new vehicle in 8 years . The thought of spending hours at a dealership haggling over price, service contracts , etc and not only dealing with a salesman and then have to deal with a sales manager and then a finance manager was unacceptable to us . Werner and Cameron Landry provide us a comfortable and no hassle sales experience . Cameron gave a comprehensive training on the vehicle , all it’s features and technology . He exhibited a high degree of patients and simplified the programming set up . My wife couldn’t make this appointment and Cameron simply said tell me a day and time your available and I’ll make it work …. He knew we had a poor experience prior especially on the technology of the vehicle and he said bring both new CX-5’s and I’ll give your wife the vehicle overview she missed and ensure both cars are set and answer any of your questions… So we will meet Cameron this week for the session …. and more importantly we have a dealership and a great salesman we can trust for life !!! We live 3 hours away from this dealer - -Cam made sure we had plates and registration and insurance- everything was in order- so we only had to make one trip.
