Had a great experience from start to finish. I had been test driving various cars for a month and had finally decided on a Mazda CX-9. Werner's online inventory showed four CX-9's that met my particular r test driving various cars for a month and had finally decided on a Mazda CX-9. Werner's online inventory showed four CX-9's that met my particular requirements; I phoned to find out if they were still available. Three cars in my selection had sold in the past 2 days; only one remained on the lot. Cameron Landry suggested I put a credit card deposit on the one remaining car to hold it until I could get to the dealership, more than an hour away. That was so fortunate: in the time between my phone call and my arrival, another party had tried to purchase this car and was waiting to see if I followed through with the purchase. I did. The signing of papers, was very businesslike, with no pressure to buy an add-on warranty or service contract and no waiting around. After a test drive, Cameron gave me a thorough "in-the-driver's seat, hands-on" introduction to every aspect of the infotainment system, which was invaluable in feeling comfortable in the new car right from the start. This was my best car-purchasing experience ever. More
