From my first phone call about a part and service question for a vehicle I had not purchased there was fantastic and from that moment I knew it would be a business I would like to create a relationsh question for a vehicle I had not purchased there was fantastic and from that moment I knew it would be a business I would like to create a relationship with never thinking that my first visit there would lead me to a new car. Cameron was extremely easy to communicate with. He knew instantly what my needs and possible apprehensions were. within an hour and a half I left with my new car the transaction went seamlessly. I have already recommended Cameron and Werner Mazda, countless times. everyone from service to parts to finance and of course the salesman Cameron were perfect. thank you to all the staff.❤️ More

I have leased 4 cars from Werner Mazda. ..I think that says something in itself. Cameron has been the Salesperson I have worked with for my last 3 cars. He is very professional and I feel I get treated fairly. The Service department is also great and I never feel any pressure to do any of their recommendations. You also get a video of what tech sees and is doing. More

Do not go to this dealership, I went due to the high regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never regards of it being a friendly dealership I got tossed around to 4 different sales reps during the process, sent emails to Cameron and called, never returned any emails mails, also did not set up a insurance binder out the door, had to stop down 3 separate times due to them filing paperwork wrong, and still charged me almost a $550 admin fee, rediclouse! I have been to multiple different dealerships and never have I once been tossed around this much. How difficult is it to give proper emails and numbers. Lost a future customer will never buy from again. More
