I purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport and later discovered concerns involving undisclosed prior bodywork and repainting that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. After bringing these concerns to the dealership’s attention, my vehicle was kept for approximately seven weeks. Communication throughout the process was poor, I was not given clear information about where my vehicle was being repaired, and several issues that I was told would be addressed were never resolved. I also experienced discrepancies between two sets of purchase paperwork, including the removal of GAP insurance without my knowledge or explanation. After finally getting my vehicle back, I continued experiencing mechanical issues, dashboard warning lights, and unusual noises. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency, communication, and accountability throughout this entire experience. I expected honesty, professionalism, and a reasonable effort to resolve the problems. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope Star Chevrolet takes customer concerns more seriously and improves how situations like this are handled. Based on my personal experience, I would encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to do their research, carefully review all paperwork, and have the vehicle independently inspected before completing a purchase. More

My car never made it home and after multiple attempts calling and texting them management never called back. The car drove 85 miles before breaking down on a busy dangerous section of I10 where a flatbed calling and texting them management never called back. They did a good job during the sale negotiation but the car wasn’t detailed for the customer to see when the looked at the car and there was no callback after a dangerous episode on I10. More
