It was an all hands on deck type of service I test drove the Forester and Outback at Suburban Subaru in Troy but felt I had to purchase the car that evening. I searched online and Sellers had the exact 2017 Outback I wanted but the vehicle was in transit. Dawson was helpful in going over the vehicle package and I was able to test drive a vehicle with the same package but different color. There was information about the vehicle that I wasn't shown the first time around and found useful. I was convinced! When I came to the signing appointment I was greeted by a staff that was as excited as me for my new car. Jamie did an excellent job explaining the finances and coverage options. Briana thoroughly went over the features and helped set up my phone and navigation. I have a follow-up meeting with Cameron to go over any questions I may have. I am very happy with Sellers and look forward to working with them for any future service issues. More
