Cameron Rolon He was so very helpful, and even though it took some time for my car to be returned, he took care of things and made sure my fusion was right before r He was so very helpful, and even though it took some time for my car to be returned, he took care of things and made sure my fusion was right before returning it to me. He is going to work with me on other repairs the car needs and save me all the money he can. Because if this I would recommend Ferman ford to anyone needing quality people. Even when he wasn’t available the other members of the service department were just as helpful. Thank you for having a great team. More

The worse experience ever I would give NO STARS Wrong quote giving, always had to call back the day after they told me they would call, and service getting oil all over the inside of my new GT. JUST ANOTHER VISIT I highly reccomend this service center for any Ford needs. I have brought my Mustang in many times for performance related upgrades. My car is complet I highly reccomend this service center for any Ford needs. I have brought my Mustang in many times for performance related upgrades. Cameron has revived my faith in Ferman Ford service I’ve been a customer with you guys for around 6 years now. Your entire fleet of service advisors were condescending and looking only to make as much m I’ve been a customer with you guys for around 6 years now. Your entire fleet of service advisors were condescending and looking only to make as much money as possible on visits and did not care, whatsoever, about customer loyalty. That is, until Cameron came around. This guy knows how to do his job and has a moral compass to instill my faith back into your service department. I now trust Ford again to service my vehicle for the safety of me and not the money in my pocket. Give this man a promotion and allow him to lead by example. I understand you’re a business and need to make a profit but we are all humans and deserve the respect we are owed when trusting your company. Cameron achieves both Those parameters perfectly. More
