He makes sure that we have a clear understanding of what our truck needs, why, and how we can prioritize it, especially when we’re on a budget. He has taken the time to learn about us and remembers details that you wouldn’t expect, especially with how many people he works with on a regular basis. His asking specific questions about our jobs or horses adds a personal touch that you don’t normally get at a dealership. Highly recommend the service department and especially Robert! More
