I went into the Toyota dealer looking for one car. He went to check and he told me the car was already sold. So he asked me what was my budget and I told him that I couldn't go over a certain amount. He understood my situation so he showed me a few vehicles one stood out the Toyota RAV4. It was within my budget sort of but he had to talk to his managers regarding the price. They made it but I can afford the vehicle. But I had to wait for my insurance to finish paying off the other car that was total. I was paying for a rental in the meantime. It took almost 2 weeks for everything to clear. They were on top of him to see if I can come up with the money. In the meantime I was moving into my apartment getting things out of storage getting phone calls from insurance doctors and work it was overwhelming. And Cameron was calling me but I was keeping him up today on my situation. He is a very loving caring person but I even drove by and keeping him up to date. This was literally the best experience my wife and I have ever had when getting any vehicle from a dealership. Camron and his sales manager were on it from day 1. Once they figured out what we were looking for, they were on a mission to make it happen. After submitting or request for a vehicle that was in transit, Camron kept in constant communication with updates and timeframes on when to expect the vehicle to arrive. It showed up to the dealership in about two weeks and we were told they just needed to the finish touches on and it would be ready for us the next day, which Camron was scheduled to be off. But as dedicated and passionate as he was, he came in on his day off just to make sure we were taken care off. We showed up and were in and out in a little over an hour. We truly appreciate you Camron and everyone involved in the process. Wife is extremely excited with her new Grand Highlander and I’ll definitely be coming back to see y’all when it’s my turn! More
