My wife and I had a stress-free and pressure-free buying experience with Camron and Toyota of McKinney. I called Toyota of McKinney the previous evening and talked with Devon, who answered the phone call. I experience with Camron and Toyota of McKinney. I called Toyota of McKinney the previous evening and talked with Devon, who answered the phone call. I asked him about the availability of a vehicle whose ad I saw online. He confirmed that it was still available. He also set up an appointment for the next morning and sent me a text message with his contact information. The next morning I got a call from Camron, who introduced himself and said that he would be taking care of us, and that he had talked with Devon. I was able to update our ETA with Camron. (We stayed in contact concerning our ETA as we were en route.) Then Camron sent me a personal video that he took of the vehicle after he drove it around and got it ready for us. That was very helpful to make us feel better about taking the 40-mile drive to see the vehicle. The sales manager, Brian, also called to confirm that we were interested in the vehicle. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and shown the vehicle. Then I test drove the vehicle; and then we stopped, and my wife drove the vehicle. We were comfortable talking with Camron during the drive. After returning to the dealership, when we asked for some time to consider, we were given that time and shown inside. One other time in the process, we needed some more time to consider further, and again, time and space was provided readily. Through our interactions with Camron, we got the impression that he cares about his customers and takes pride in being honest and transparent with them, as he was with us regarding the vehicle that we were looking at and ultimately purchased; we appreciated that very much. He let the vehicle “sell itself.” Camron was “down to earth” and really pleasant to work with. When I looked underneath the vehicle to see if there was any leaks, I noticed a small puddle. He said that he believed it was from the AC, but for my peace of mind, he offered to and then moved the vehicle backward some distance so that I could see and touch the drippage. Indeed, the small puddle underneath the vehicle was condensate drippage from the AC compressor, not an oil leak or some other fluid leak. This experience reinforced the transparency of this dealership’s sales team. Finally, the payment process with the finance department was also very pleasant, no-pressure, and smooth. We will not hesitate to make the commute up to see Camron and Toyota of McKinney in the future! More

Working with Camron was great. The vehicle was delivered about a month after the initial expected delivery date and he kept us informed of the vehicle delivery status. Once notified of the car being delivered, Camron took care of all of the details for us to drive off the lot with our new vehicle. The initial financing encounter with Matt left us wondering what we had done to make him angry. We told him we did not want to sign any car loan docs until we received the vehicle. He took back the trade in documents we signed for both our vehicles and ended the encounter. Braden took over the financing of our vehicle filling in for Matt when we picked up the vehicle. Even though the car loan interest rate increased, Braden worked it out and kept our payment the same as originally quoted. We've been dealing with Toyota of McKinney since purchasing our Camry Hybrid in 2012 and will continue with our new car purchase. More

So, I'll start off by saying this was a sale that almost didn't happen. I had been searching for a new car for a month, and was honestly just getting disgusted with the whole process. There are a lot of sha didn't happen. I had been searching for a new car for a month, and was honestly just getting disgusted with the whole process. There are a lot of shady dealers out there (I'm looking at you, Greenville Chrysler) who will gladly try to screw you over for a buck. So when I got the call to come look at this Jeep Compass I had been eyeballing, I was hesitant, but ready to find something, ANYTHING. I show up, and due to a misprint, the vehicle was missing several features that I really wanted. I left, feeling pretty dejected. Got a few miles down the road and Camron called, not to try and sell me anything, but just to apologize. It wasn't his fault, simply a mistake. I really wanted the car, and the fact that he took the time to reach out to me touched me. He knew that, and he went to bat for me with management on the price, and I drove right back and bought the car. I can add the features I didn't get down the road, if I choose, but the fact is, I walked outside this morning to get the paper, and sitting in my driveway is a brand new (to me, anyway) sexy jeep; the (almost) exact one I've been looking for. Camron, and the people at Toyota of Mckinney made that happen. The finance guy was a doll as well, and even though I wasn't financing, he took the time to sit me down and talk about options, without being pushy. We even swapped pet photos lol. After the last month of failures and disappointments, I left there yesterday completely satisfied and confident in my decision. If I ever need to buy another vehicle, this is where I'll come. Thanks guys there at Toyota of Mckinney, and thanks, Camron, for making it happen and being awesome. More
