Great Car Buying Experience! Took 2 visits to buy our car. 1st was a test drive, and 2nd was to pick a car that was brought in (with EVERYTHING that we've asked for!!!) and drive Took 2 visits to buy our car. 1st was a test drive, and 2nd was to pick a car that was brought in (with EVERYTHING that we've asked for!!!) and drive away within an hour. Bought a Crosstrek Our overall experience was good. The purchase process was fairly easy. Had leather seats added after purchase of vehicle. A little lack of communi Our overall experience was good. A little lack of communication from Sales person when he forgot that we had purchased the Auto Armor protection and we had to bring the car back a second time to have that done. We were also told that we got a free interior care kit, but dealership was out at the time. Checked once several weeks later and still was not in. We have yet to be notified that the kits are in and have not received one. There was no owner's manual in car so had to call about getting that. The sales person never went over the features of the car after we purchased. Did not know how to read some of the dash indicators so had to read the manual. More

A Positive Experience Aaron Baldwin and Candace Stearn at Bob Wade Subaru were a pleasure to work with. They helped us find and purchase the car we were looking for. Ther Aaron Baldwin and Candace Stearn at Bob Wade Subaru were a pleasure to work with. They helped us find and purchase the car we were looking for. There was little pressure to up-sell unwanted extras and were accommodating to our schedule. Our only comment/suggestion would be that the sales people do a better job of equally addressing members of couples and families, you never know who is the car for. In our case we felt that questions and negotiation was focused on me (male) and did not include my wife as much as we would have liked. Overall we were pleased with the experience. More

He helped me find what i was looking for and set me up with the woman that could make it happen. Candace along with Aaron really made the whole thing quite easy. the first car i looked at i unfortunately didn't get approved for but they never gave up. they went through the inventory and found something that fit perfectly into the parameters i had set up for what i wanted to spend, what i wanted it to have, etc. they got me a great deal through my bank and now i have an awesome new (to me) car! i really appreciate their help and will definitely recommend bob wade and Aaron to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. More

Great Experience I was recently in a car accident (not my fault) and I walked away with only a few bruises but my Subaru Forester was totaled. Shopping for a new car w I was recently in a car accident (not my fault) and I walked away with only a few bruises but my Subaru Forester was totaled. Shopping for a new car was not in my plans and I was feeling overwhelmed at the prospect. I met with Dan Johnson who took the time to answer my questions/concerns and confirmed my decision that purchasing another Forester was the best car for my needs. What I anticipated as a stressful situation turned into a real blessing. Dan made the process so easy and I am really pleased with my new car. More

Over the top service Our salesman (Joe) was totally on top of all our concerns with this purchase. We started with a less expensive choice but decided on a more pricey ve Our salesman (Joe) was totally on top of all our concerns with this purchase. We started with a less expensive choice but decided on a more pricey vehicle because the salesman did not push us into a decision. He did not try to "close" the deal immediately. In fact, he gave us the option of taking the cars home for the night(s) to try them out. We did this with three vehicles, something I never thought would have offered. This made all the difference in where we purchased and where we will purchase again. We had one small problem after the sale (car prep) and they took the car back and did a complete detailing. Of course, in the mean-time, we were given another vehicle as a loaner. Overall we were very impressed with the dealership and with Joe and Candace in particular. More
