Driving from Aubrey to McKinney is a no brainer. I can chose from two other dealerships nearby, but Pat Lobb treats me like family every time. For example , today I went to Longo Toyota and Plano T I can chose from two other dealerships nearby, but Pat Lobb treats me like family every time. For example , today I went to Longo Toyota and Plano Toyota for an oil change, and in a way I was turn away base on their comments regarding wait time ( 5 hour wait time ). I don’t mind waiting specifically if i didn’t make an appointment ( normally I do make appointments for maintenance). I call my advisor at Pat Lobb Mr. Campbell , and he took care of me within 30 min upon arrival I was in and out due to their express lane. Other dealerships needs to take notes and have an express lane. I will spend my hard earn money where I feel appreciate it. More
