I was pleased with their service so I thought I would introduce my son to possibly owning a Volkswagen. So we visited Voderman VW to start the task of finding that vehicle. We meet Caril Bernard when my son and I visited Vorderman Volkswagen to replace his vehicle. Caril greeted us with a confident hand shake and a "Beautiful Smile" when we walked in the showroom. She proceeded by taking the time to answer questions we had about his needs and concerns. She took the time to show vehicles and explain there feature and benefits and how they would meet my son needs. Caril is the type of consultant that I would be proud to have represent my company any day. Thank you Caril! More

I appreciated an overall positive experience! I stopped by the dealership on December 11th out of curiosity to look at a used Volvo I saw passing by on the highway. Caril was the sales person I met ... she was so kind and welcoming, then gave me the basic information on the Volvo as well as several other used SUV's. The price of the Volvo was surprisingly in my price range, I then asked if I could take it to an independent mechanic in town for a "pre-purchase check" with which Vorderman had no problem. I was asked in what range I would prefer to keep my monthly payments and Teresha made that happen! Who knew a week later I'd be driving off the lot in my 2010 Volvo! I so much appreciate Caril's 'no pressure' sales approach throughout the purchasing process! I would highly recommend them! More

She didn't pressure us into making a decision that evening and gave us all the information that we needed on the vehicles. The next day my husband and I purchased a 2012 Jetta and were amazed by the wonderful customer service that was provided by both Caril and Naomi, the business manager. We would highly recommend their dealership and have both decided we will continue to purchase more cars from their dealership in the future. More

Honest and a warranty!!!! I found a jeep online at Vorderman. I went and test drove it with friendly Caril and I loved it! They made it easy and convenient to buy a car!! I found a car online and live 2 hours away...in a pinch for time, I asked Caril the saleswomen to deliver the Passat to me in Kalamazoo. She drove it I found a car online and live 2 hours away...in a pinch for time, I asked Caril the saleswomen to deliver the Passat to me in Kalamazoo. She drove it up to me the very next day, spent time showing me all the gadgets, did paperwork, and made my purchase experience very pleasant. I was extremely grateful for her taking the time out of her day to do this and the entire purchase went smooth and I am pleased with the VW!! More
