2019 TRD Pro 4 Runner Living in the state of Pennsylvania I had a non traditional purchasing transaction. I flew to NC and drove my new 4 Runner home the same day. From my initial contact with Carl six weeks prior to buying it until I drove it from the lot, Carl kept me updated on the status of my 4 Runner's arrival and even texted several pictures when it arrived at Fred Anderson. Going even further beyond the normal responsibilities, Carl picked me up at the airport so I didn't have to arrange other means of getting to the Fred Anderson Dealership. The transaction was done in a timely manner and everything was thoroughly explained to me as we went through the paper signing. Same was true with going over the newly washed and waxed, sparkling clean 4 Runner. What a beautiful vehicle, I could barely contain my smile. We went over all of the features together so I was ready for my drive home.
