I always hated car shopping; hated dealing with sales people because I always felt they would tell the potential customer anything, just to get the sale. Well, I did not get that same impression from Carl. I kept that car until May 9, 2016. Of course, I chose to make an appointment with Carl Anderson because I felt he was trust worthy, honest, friendly, courteous, and professional. He listened to my concerns, understood my needs, and did his best to accommodate me. He is very good at his job and deserves the praise. Thank you Carl. More

He is a honest, straight forward guy who was willing to find the happy medium between what the dealership needed to get out of the vehicle and what I wanted as a customer. I would see Carl now and then over the years while getting the Highlander serviced. I have been in the market for a vehicle and immediately called Carl. He helped me work through the decision process between getting a gently used or new Tacoma. He never tried to talk me into anything. He just listened to my questions and gave me his input.
