The experience was so positive and it was because of Carl. He is a honest, straight forward guy who was willing to find the happy medium between what the dealership needed to get out of the vehicle and what I wanted as a customer. I would see Carl now and then over the years while getting the Highlander serviced. I have been in the market for a vehicle and immediately called Carl. He helped me work through the decision process between getting a gently used or new Tacoma. He never tried to talk me into anything. He just listened to my questions and gave me his input. I ended up getting a 2016 Tacoma. Happy with my purchase and will continue to be a Fred Anderson customer for my service. An excellent experience all around! More
