Well as soon as I pulled into this dealership and was met with a SMILE I knew this would be an amazing car buying experience. I was actually excited to work with Carl and didn't feel intimidated or like I was just another number. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived, they didn't have it BUT took time to listen to me. Within a couple of days I received a call from Carl stating that he found my new car..... he was going to get it to the dealership and let me take a look. Carl was right....he found my new car and I LOVE IT! From beginning to end my experience with Carl was the best I have EVER had when buying a new car! I highly recommend coming to Northtowne Mitsubishi and working with Carl when you want to purchase a new car too! More

I am blown away by this new car that I have purchased as well as the above & beyond cutomer service that I have received. I am not even sure you can learn this stuff. It is truly a lost art & gift that Carl shares with his customers. I am so happy when I drive in my car every single day because not only do I have a beautiful new car but I have a dealer that is just a call away if I need him AND he actually returns those calls AFTER the sale!
