I stopped in looking for an Outlander Carl Carleton came out and was very receptive to me as an individual... not a customer. Carl embraced that information and discussed the information that I was interested in. And when I said I would take that information and discuss things with my wife, that was perfectly fine with Carl. After a few more conversations between Carl and I, and plenty of leg work on Carl's end. We were able to come together on what I feel was a great deal. Now I am the proud owner of a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. More

Not only did Northtowne Mitsubishi have the best selection of vehicles but they also had the best customer service and sales reps. Carl was the salesman that helped me with my purchase. He was extremely professional and friendly, which could not have been easy for him because I did not make it easy. I went up there on three different days looking at and comparing the vehicles they had at Northtowne Mitsubishi compared to the other dealerships on North Oak. Carl not only was able to find the type of car that I wanted but he also met me at a very reasonable price. He even went the extra mile in teaching me how to drive it as I had never owned a stick shift before.
