This was my first time buying a new car and of all of the dealerships I reached out to, Gladstone by FAR made me feel the most comfortable. Their quote was very transparent, professional, visually easy to fo dealerships I reached out to, Gladstone by FAR made me feel the most comfortable. Their quote was very transparent, professional, visually easy to follow, and spelled out exactly what fees were coming from where. This seriously built up my trust for Gladstone as opposed to some other quotes that were more vague and did not include a button you could hover over to learn more about each piece of the pricing. This made clear what was an optional add on verses what some other dealerships were trying to make "not optional". A lot of the process was online including assessing my trade-in value which I really appreciated, especially as an introvert. Their online system is really user friendly and thorough. Then there's Carl! Carl was my salesperson and he was so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. This also continued to build my trust. The other dealerships I felt like were jerking me around a bit but this process with Carl felt straightforward and honest. Carl also maintained great communication throughout the process (I had to wait a bit for the exact car I wanted) and then Carl REALLY put in the work to make sure I got the car with the specifications I was looking for. He also answered all the questions I had as a new car buyer and took them all seriously and reassured me! I felt like he had my back in this process which to me a sign of great customer service, but not necessarily something I expected at all in this process and in this car buying climate. I feel like Carl could lead a seminar on great customer service. If you want to buy a toyota GO TO GLADSTONE and ask for CARL! I can't say enough great things about both. More

This is our third vehicles that we got and we are glad that Carl was the one to work with us. We went and got a new Cambry Hybrid. Again, Carl was great from A to z.
