My car was in for a recall. Carl was great and arranged for my car to be picked up at home so I did not have to go out. I feel like Carl is always there and always ready to help. Super friendly, honest, and down-to-earth service! I had to have my 2004 Volvo towed to Volvo of Bridgewater after breaking a suspension coil. I can't say enough good things about the friendliness of all the staff, their wonderful communication with me, and their willingness to discuss options and not pressure me into making a quick decision. I dealt primarily with Carl, but spoke with several different staff members over the course of a few days. In the end, the pricing and turnaround time was totally fair, and when I couldn't come out to pick up the car, they delivered it to my house at no extra charge. I am very impressed! More

The xTime system makes scheduling easy and sends a pdf of the estimated bill which is immensely confidence inspiring. It's nothing like the typical service experience at all other places. Thank you to Volvo Cars Bridgewater service and showroom staff, all, stay safe. More
