Unhappy! Extremely upset when I picked up my “new” 2020 Lexus RX 350. The car had not been cleaned inside. The doors and carpet were clean, but the console and dash and mirror and visors were not at all clean! And then I received only one fob! I turned in a car with 2 fobs, and I fully expected to receive 2 fobs with my new car. Additionally, the one fob now needs a new battery - after less than one week. Does nobody check these things?! The visors and ceiling have spots on them that look like they could easily be cleaned… But they were not. The Lexus logo on the back of the car fell off! It was laying on the ground next to my car and now it has a big crack in it. There are parts ordered for my car. I have had no update on that. Also, my phone was synced up with the Bluetooth, but it is not working properly. Words cannot convey my disappointment! Just really does not seem like the same dealership since it was sold. More

Carl was great to work with but one of the managers would not come down $800 on a six figure car. Until a week later so we had to drive back to Sarasota for a total of 4 hours of driving time.
