I was very upset when I checked my bill of 5/1 on my 15 Lexus. 1 was charged 40 to check a tire which I replaced. I asked Phil Short to remove the 40 charge and he refused. I was also upset with the 3% c Lexus. 1 was charged 40 to check a tire which I replaced. I asked Phil Short to remove the 40 charge and he refused. I was also upset with the 3% charge for using credit card. My neighbors told me no other dealer charges for using a credit card. I purchased a 25 Lexus and hope I am treated better when I need service. More
