There was none of the haggling, hidden numbers/fees, or other stunts that make you feel like you are being sold a time-share property. We got a fair price for our trade, and walked out with a new car. Everyone was fun to work with during the process. Buying a new car should be enjoyable, and this was an enjoyable experience. They were competent, respectful, and genuinely enjoyed their job and where they worked. The service department is second to none. We have taken our vehicles here for service over many years. They are very good at letting you know when scheduled maintenance is due, and prepare you well ahead of time. They also have excellent records of what has been done to your vehicle... and they review those records each time you come in for service! They are not just order takers, they work with you to maintain your vehicle. Big shout-out to Kevin, Tim, and Mike back in the Service Department. You guys rock! More
