I worked with the online department to try and secure a car online. First of all, I was really impressed in the quick response form Alicia. She reached out to me on a weekend night which was beyond expec car online. First of all, I was really impressed in the quick response form Alicia. She reached out to me on a weekend night which was beyond expectations. But it didn't go very well once I wanted to secure the car online on Monday. Couldn't get a price from the online team..said "I had to come in for pricing." Asked online department how many models and colors were available in stock and was told "several options available." I picked out 2 versions and asked them to have the cash pricing ready when I made this unnecessary trip to the dealership later the same day. (I should have been able to do this online). When I arrived, no pricing was prepared and they only had one option car available, not several. Carl said I couldn't pay cash because, quote...."I can't sell you cash because that is not to my advantage." crazy. Anyway, had to end up paying more for a cash transaction than a financed one. That might make sense from a dealer, but as a customer....makes no sense. I understand with supply being so limited that times aren't normal....but customer service wasn't normal either. After I purchased the car....finance, parts department etc were all outstanding. More

Michael was honest in what my 9 year old car needed. I decided to trade it in rather than spend the money and leased a new Rogue.
