Before, I would have said 100% but now, I am leaning to a 60/40. From the Versa in 2016, Rogue in 2018 to this new 2021 Rogue, Especially at finance, I felt like I was rushed through and my questions were br 60/40. From the Versa in 2016, Rogue in 2018 to this new 2021 Rogue, Especially at finance, I felt like I was rushed through and my questions were brushed aside. At one point i wanted my old car back but was told it’s no longer mine and I shouldn’t worry about the price of the new car because I might not keep it until the term is up. I was told one monthly payment by my sales person but when I got to finance, I was given an increase payment, so different from what the manager had told me. I even ask about my gap insurance from my trade in vehicle and couldn’t get an answer and recently discovered that it was added to the new vehicle. More

Excellent customer service; one car serviced, one car purchased . Both processes were easy. Service Rep and Vehicle salesman were great and very friendly. BEWARE CON MEN at Conyers NISSAN . They tried to rip me off for $6347.00 . After a week of sleepless nigh and much anguish I found it they had to pull that contract and do another one . Check your paper wo off for $6347.00 . After a week of sleepless nigh and much anguish I found it they had to pull that contract and do another one . Check your paper work people . The statue of limitations goes back 4 years on this type of fraud. The GM took up for the staff saying it was a mistake they added instead of subtracted really to what amount that amount is not on the contact anywhere and the car I purchased would not cost that much on a good day . At least 3 people in on the con and I said several times there is something wrong with the numbers , still they stayed on the con. They are very comfortable stealing and lying . You wont believe that was my 3rd purchase there I am afraid to look at the other contracts what will I find????? I have proof people beware. All of you who used CW or KE check your contracts very closely . More
