I brought my truck in with a broken window and tire sensor.The tire sensor failed under warrenty. They call me 15 minutes before closing time abount replacing a mirror.I told them to give my truck ba sensor.The tire sensor failed under warrenty. They call me 15 minutes before closing time abount replacing a mirror.I told them to give my truck back.I had a car glass shop do the job in less than 2 hours. Wolfchasr Nissan charged me about $168.00 dollars to do nothing but waste my time.I will never set foot in that place again. More

I was very disappointed in the service on my last visit. I purchased an extended warranty coverage at the time I purchased my 2017 Murano. My back windshield wiper stopped working which was covered under I purchased an extended warranty coverage at the time I purchased my 2017 Murano. My back windshield wiper stopped working which was covered under special package with Wolfchase Nissan. Afer 4 different visits for service including oil change, inspecting or fixing my back windshield wiper. It was not looked at or fixed. My last conversation with service personnel was , " due to Corona virus only one technician was working. " Well that was it for me. I brought my vehicle in for 2 oil changes before Corona. So on a good note. I have gone back to another Nissan dealership. No Stars!!!!!! It's sad to ask a customer to complete this survey honestly but you won't accept response. ZERO STARS !!!!! More

I have never experienced a more professional, detailed and caring Service Dept. as the one at Wolfchase Nissan. The entire staff will drop whatever they are doing to stop and help you. I actually look for and caring Service Dept. as the one at Wolfchase Nissan. The entire staff will drop whatever they are doing to stop and help you. Although a few hiccups here and there, I have always enjoyed servicing my car at your locations. Next scheduled service I will most likely bring it back, however if Karl Harrison greets me again, I will enjoyed servicing my car at your locations.
