It was a smooth process with no issues, but I feel like we weren't given a lot of information about car bravo and the benefits of it. We also only received one key but were told that the other key would be we weren't given a lot of information about car bravo and the benefits of it. We also only received one key but were told that the other key would be mailed to it when it was found. It's been almost 3 weeks and we still don't have a key. We were told we could come to the dealership for the free key service, but it's 80 miles one way for us to do that, and I don't think we should have to do that. We were told we would be provided a second key. I seriously doubt that will ever hear anything from our salesperson or the dealership about our key, and it's just disappointing. More
