Only complaint I have is I had GM friends discount number and wasn't able to use it. .my friend went to the trouble of getting for me now I have to tell him I didn't get to use it. When we purchased the car we worked with Carla and she was very accommodating. The concierge at the end who helped me set up my car was also great. Yesterday ( 12/11/25) I had a service appointment and Travis was fantastic as well. He kept me informed and treated me with respect and appreciation. I will also add that while I was waiting for the vehicle every employee that passed through the lounge said hello! What a nice touch! As previously stated….I live 15 minutes from two huge area dealers yet I will drive an hour to Sepaugh because of how I am treated as a customer. From the time we purchased the car to every service visit the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this dealership. More
