I inquired about a truck online. Lauren ELL gave me information about the Tru k and directed me to Carla Talbert for who I needed to talk with. Talked with Carla and came down to test drive the truck a information about the Tru k and directed me to Carla Talbert for who I needed to talk with. Talked with Carla and came down to test drive the truck and when I pulled up it was already out front waiting for me to drive it, took it for a spin and loved it! Carla sat down with me and gave me my options for purchasing the truck and then went to see John Wilson in finance and he was by far the best finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Got my payment where I wanted it to be, went over everything with me so I was able to clearly understand everything that came with the truck. One of the best sales experiences I’ve ever encountered, so thanks to all three of those employees! More

My father went in to trade in a car he couldn't afford the payments on. He wanted something less. He wasn't feeling well & is an older man- Carla somehow talked him into a car that cost even more! Carla was fantastic from the get to. She was working 3 deals at once and was still attentive to all 3 of us, making sure we were ok and asking if any of us needed anything.
