Carla sat down with me and gave me my options for purchasing the truck and then went to see John Wilson in finance and he was by far the best finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. Got my payment where I wanted it to be, went over everything with me so I was able to clearly understand everything that came with the truck. One of the best sales experiences I’ve ever encountered, so thanks to all three of those employees! More

Both of us were driving 12 year old vehicles, both with 210,000+ miles. We'd already decided to replace our sad, aging and failing rides by autumn, we had both been actively researching. Then her engine siezed up. Carla was wonderful! No hard sell, no pointless upselling, no pressure. Had there been much of any of that, we would have walked away, we've done it before, many times. Bottom line, we really, realky liked working with Carla. She dotted every i and crossed every t. She knew the process and treated us with both respect and friendliness. The prices were perfectly reasonable, the business part of the transaction, smooth and thorough. Highly recommended!!!! More

As a very well qualified buyer I was able to find better rates with a couple of very easy phone calls to local credit unions. 6.99% is ridiculous for someone with a credit score of 845. Did I mention Carla is amazing?! More
