After quite an awful experience at the Patrick BMW down the road, I was a bit apprehensive to try another dealership. From the moment he welcomed me into the dealership, Carlo was kind, funny, and attentive to my needs as a customer. He was patient while I searched for the right car for my family. Ultimately, I settled into a beautiful 2019 E-Tron. What I expected to be a painful evening of financing and negotiation was so flawlessly executed—Carlo was able to get me and my family into this vehicle in a matter of 2 hours, including an appraisal of trade-in. There was no grief or stress. I truly have never experienced such efficiency while purchasing a car. The communication between the finance advisor, Carlo, and ancillary staff is seamless!
